We blended cider from Salt Spring Island apples with locally harvested Oregon grape. Its berries are quite tart, so we balanced them with the sweeter flavour of strawberry and raspberry. The result is a lightly tart cider that’s still fairly dry overall and captures the essence of the ripe berries of summer. 7.2% ABV
