Pressed from apples harvested from our small estate orchard at the cidery. Varieties include Yarlington Mill, Prima, Gloria Mundi, King Cox, and Blenheim Orange, among others. Fermented using native yeast with ancestral method carbonation, and aged for over a year to allow this excellent dry cider to mellow and mature properly. 6.6% ABV
