With our traditional ciders, we let the unique character of the heirloom and traditional English cider apples (or pears) that we use take centre stage. Wild fermentation processes add to the subtlety and uniqueness of these ciders, too. Other fruits or botanicals may sometimes be involved, but we keep them understated. Each Traditional Six shipment will have a few of our classic traditional ciders, like our Dry or Pear, as well as some of our rare, small-batch ciders. And, now and then we'll throw in a bottle of something a little different just to broaden your horizons.
